Assistant Manager / Manager - Administration

We are looking for a dynamic Administration Manager for our Bharat Fund Office at Bellandur. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:


Office Administration:

  • Office management including organization facilities, work flow, forms, supplies, equipment, and procedures relating to filing, record keeping, correspondence, mail, procurement, stock keeping, and other such similar activities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate programs and administrative activities of a complex, interrelated and interdependent nature
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities
  • Ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administration


  • Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member
  • Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
  • Maintain daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed
  • Ensure smooth end to end travel management
  • Ensure timely expense reimbursement processing for all the executive stakeholders


  • Be a single point contact for all internal as well as external stakeholders (including investors, prospective start-ups, etc). This includes meetings coordination, conference bookings, calendar management, sharing of updates on daily, weekly and monthly updates
  • Ensure all the digital equipment and systems in office are well maintained and upgraded at all times

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Technically savvy (Well versed with latest technology)
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures
  • Self-independent


  • 3-4 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Experience in IT industry will be preferred


  • Post-Graduation (Preferred)
  • Graduation in any field (a must)
